David Bleckner founded Bleckner P.C. in 2000, and has more than twenty-five years of experience in the field of real estate law, including several years as a partner at Wien & Malkin LLP, where he represented ownership in leasing transactions for numerous high profile buildings in Manhattan. Ian Lester is the managing partner at Bleckner P.C. Ian’s varied practice includes the representation of owners, developers and investors in acquiring, structuring, financing, constructing and converting vacant and occupied residential properties and mixed-use projects to condominium or cooperative ownership, shepherding offering plans through the submission and acceptance process with the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
